We are seeking a **Field Audit Technician** with experience in this role. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Networks, or related fields. * 1 year of experience (preferred) in field supervision or audits. * Knowledge of networks and last-mile access technologies (fiber optics or microwave). * CCNA knowledge (preferred). * Valid A1 driver’s license (mandatory). * Residence in Junín and willingness to travel across different areas. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct on-site audits at customers’ homes and businesses during installations, post-sales services, or fault resolution. * Apply the Field Audit checklist and record information in the corresponding repositories. * Prepare and submit daily and weekly work plans, validated with the project coordinator. * Deliver detailed reports of findings, categorized by contractor, service type, and defect type. * Verify the following during audits: company vehicle, attire, tools, personal protective equipment (PPE), and customer interaction. * Supervise compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards. * Classify identified defects as critical or non-critical, according to criteria defined by the client. **What do we offer?** * 100% covered EPS health insurance * Statutory life insurance * Certification program * Well-being services (psychologist, nutritionist) * Corporate discounts * Access to continuous training platform (Udemy) * Collaborative culture and real growth opportunities * Large-scale technology projects with leading clients Employment type: Full-time Salary: Up to S/.2,000.00 per month Work location: On-site
