




Job Summary: Administratively supervise transportation units and manage fleet documentation and operational requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of fleet documentation and permits. 2. Coordination of requirements for technical transportation equipment. 3. Handling of tax calculations and monthly/annual tax declarations. **Requirements:** * Technician or graduate in Administration, Logistics, Transportation, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related fields. * Experience in **tax calculation** and preparation of **monthly and annual tax declarations**. * Knowledge of fleet document management, permits, certifications, traffic violations, and equipment. * Intermediate-level proficiency in **Excel**. * Proficiency in office productivity tools and physical/digital file management. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct administrative supervision of transportation units. * Generate internal requisitions for equipment and technical transportation gear required by MTC, clients, and internal standards. * Manage driver inductions and training for authorization at national route client plants. * Ensure validity of fleet technical inspections. * Coordinate externally the acquisition of certificates necessary for unit operations. * Provide support in administration and timely payment of traffic violations. * Monitor traffic violations to prevent contingencies affecting fleet availability or operational profitability. * Report expirations, restrictions, or documentary risks that may affect service continuity.
