REQUIREMENTS ✅ Minimum 3 years of experience operating concrete mixer trucks on construction projects or at concrete plants. ✅ Valid driver's license category AIIIB or AIIIC. ✅ Knowledge of: * Transportation and discharge of ready-mix concrete. * Safe operation of mixer equipment. * Pre-operational inspections. * Basic mechanics and equipment care. * Occupational Health and Safety regulations. ✅ Experience driving in: * Civil works sites. * Urban and rural roads. * Difficult-to-access terrain. ✅ Good driving record. ✅ Responsibility, punctuality, and work commitment. ✅ Immediate availability. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES * Operate the concrete mixer truck correctly during concrete transportation and discharge. * Daily verification of the equipment's operational status. * Adherence to dispatch schedules and timeframes. * Maintain continuous cleanliness and care of the vehicle. * Report mechanical failures or operational deviations. * Strictly comply with safety standards and defensive driving practices.
