Positive work environment **PRE-CLEANING ASSISTANT** **Drying / Milling / Steaming Plant – Latino Mill** *Ferreñafe Plant* **Latino Mill**, a leading agro-industrial company in the rice sector, is seeking a **Pre-Cleaning Assistant** to join our plant operations as part of our sustained growth. **JOB OBJECTIVE** Provide operational support in the **paddy rice pre-cleaning process**, ensuring correct removal of impurities (straw, dust, stones, foreign materials) and guaranteeing proper material flow to drying, milling, or steaming stages, in accordance with the company's established quality, food safety, and occupational safety standards. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Assist in operating **pre-cleaning equipment (sifters, separators, aspirators, etc.)**. * Verify correct raw material intake and its proper distribution across the system. * Manually remove impurities when required, ensuring process efficiency. * Monitor rice flow toward **drying, milling, or steaming lines**. * Perform cleaning of equipment and work area, maintaining order and hygiene conditions. * Report operational deviations, blockages, mechanical failures, or presence of contaminants. * Comply with **quality, food safety, and occupational safety (OSH)** procedures. * Support auxiliary tasks within the production process as required. **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed secondary education (technical training preferred). * Minimum **6 months’ experience in agro-industrial plants, mills, or production processes**. * Basic knowledge of **grain cleaning and conditioning processes** (preferred). * Physical stamina and ability to work in industrial environments. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Commitment, responsibility, and teamwork orientation. **COMPETENCIES** * Operational order and discipline * Attention to detail * Proactivity * Ability to work under pressure * Compliance with safety regulations **CONDITIONS** * Formal employment under Peruvian labor law * Training on milling processes * Career development path within the production area * Positive work environment **Application:** Send your CV to: hr@grupoalcarraz.com Subject: *Pre-Cleaning Assistant – Latino Mill* Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,300.00 \- S/.1,500.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
