




Position Summary: We are seeking a Professional Administration Intern to assist with documentation management, accounting, and general operations within the department. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in supplier management and accounting documentation 2. Collaboration in preparation and settlement of cash requests 3. Operational support in Accounting, Finance, and Human Resources (SIM) Security International Moving. We are a leading company specializing in international and domestic moving services in Peru. We provide moving services to the United States, Europe, Asia, Latin America, and any other country or city worldwide. We are currently seeking a **Professional Administration Intern**. **Responsibilities** 1. Register documentation for new suppliers and track them accordingly. 2. Receive and review invoices, sales receipts, professional service receipts, service orders, consultant professional service receipts, among others, and deliver them to Accounting for proper recording. 3. Assist in preparing cash requests, settling them, and archiving related documentation associated with administrative or managerial matters. 4. Assist in properly filing invoices, sales receipts, professional service receipts, service orders, pending deliveries, among others, into Accounting and Treasury files. 5. Provide general operational support to the Accounting, Finance, and Human Resources departments. **Requirements** Graduates in Accounting, Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related fields. Basic/intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. Basic/intermediate English proficiency. Strong writing skills, excellent communication ability, and proactivity. Availability to work in Ate.
