Strong customer service skills HIPERATOS, a Peruvian company with over 15 years of market experience, specializes in the importation and nationwide wholesale and retail distribution of authentic international athletic footwear and apparel brands—including Adidas, Reebok, Puma, Nike, Converse—and others; we also sell our own brand, Hiperatos footwear. Currently expanding, we seek top talent to fill the position of: PART-TIME SALES ADVISOR \- CHICLAYO WHAT BRINGS YOU CLOSER TO THIS ROLE?: * Education: Completed secondary education. * Retail sales experience. * Availability to work on-site. * Positive attitude and eagerness to grow within the commercial area. * Interest in sales and results orientation. * Strong customer service skills. * Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment. * Flexible availability (4:00 PM to 8:00 PM) WHAT WILL BE MY MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?: * \-Provide product information and assistance to customers to ensure excellent service. * Apply price tags and current promotional labels to products in-store to support successful sales. * Attend company-provided trainings and team meetings, and demonstrate sales capability in daily duties. * Follow visual merchandising manuals and guidelines.
