Focus on food safety and GMP A prominent agro-industrial company is actively searching for top talent to fill the position of **JUNIOR QUALITY CONTROL AND ASSURANCE INSPECTOR** **Requirements:** * Professionals holding degrees in Industrial Engineering, Food Industry Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum one (01) year of experience in the agro-export sector in the same role. * Experience in quality control processes for frozen products (mango, avocado, blueberry, and strawberry). * Knowledge of food safety (processes) * Knowledge of BASC, BRC, and HACCP management systems **(Desirable).** * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Availability to work on-site in the district of Motupe - Lambayeque. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure compliance with stipulated process specifications to guarantee final product quality. * Verify adherence to GMP to ensure favorable conditions for producing safe food. * Conduct various monitoring controls throughout the production process to meet established specifications. * Follow up on corrective and preventive actions implemented to avoid recurrence of process deviations. * Report identified deviations during processing to the Quality Control and Assurance Supervisor and Production Supervisor to enable immediate corrective and preventive actions. * Record real-time events occurring during production and review traceability of finished products to comply with auditable procedures. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Benefits** * Enrollment in the agricultural payroll system * Benefits as stipulated by law and applicable regulations * Bonuses based on operational performance Workplace: On-site employment
