Then this opportunity is for you. **About the Role:** As a **UX Lead**, you will be responsible for defining the overall user experience strategy and leading the design process from start to finish. You'll work closely with design, development, and marketing teams to build coherent, usable, and visually exceptional products. We are looking for someone who doesn't just design… but also inspires, leads, researches, validates, and elevates the company's UX standards. **What you'll do:** * Define initial UX architecture and guide the experience vision in each project. * Lead the creation of **wireframes, flows, prototypes, and testing** that address real user needs. * Support and supervise the UX/UI Designer’s work to ensure visual consistency. * Participate in UI decisions impacting usability, aesthetics, and product coherence. * Validate designs together with development and QA teams to ensure production quality. * Coordinate with marketing on visual identity and digital branding. * Maintain updated and organized UX/UI documentation in repositories. * Accompany the product throughout its complete lifecycle: **design → development → production launch**. **Requirements:** * Professional in Design, UX, Visual Communication or related fields, Systems. * Courses or specialization in UX/UI, research, or interaction design. * **\+2 years leading digital design projects or teams.** * Passion for understanding human behaviors and turning insights into solutions. **Highly valued skills:** * Proficiency in **Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop**. * Information architecture, usability, Nielsen heuristics, accessibility (WCAG). * Advanced prototyping (Atomic Design, Material Design). * Basic knowledge of **HTML/CSS** and familiarity with **Angular/Vue**. * Experience in usability testing and user research. * Experience managing visual documentation in Git or collaborative repositories. **Benefits you'll love:** * Full-time employment contract. * Bonuses at 50% (July and December). * CTS \+ EsSalud. * 15 days of vacation per year. * Breakfasts and lunches covered by the company. * **Above-market salary**. * Excellent work environment and constant support for professional growth. **Workplace and modality:** * **On-site** — Av.
