Opportunity to evolve a new way of building software At Synopsis, we are looking for a **Senior Full Stack Engineer** who wants to join our **Autonomous Software Factory**, an environment where traditional development is combined with AI agents to build faster, more efficient, and scalable solutions. **Your Mission** You will be responsible for transforming functional requirements and technical specifications into productive software solutions, leveraging your development expertise alongside AI tools and agents. You will work on building modern applications, ensuring quality, maintainability, and sound engineering practices in every delivery. **What You’ll Do** * Develop end\-to\-end applications (Backend \+ Frontend). * Design and build services using **Java and Spring Boot**. * Develop modern interfaces using **Angular**. * Use **Python** for automations, integrations, and AI-related components. * Design and implement REST APIs and microservice architectures. * Integrate cloud services, databases, and external systems. * Apply principles of **Clean Architecture, SOLID, and Clean Code**. * Implement unit, integration, and automated tests. * Participate in modern development processes using CI/CD. * Use AI tools to accelerate the development lifecycle. * Review, validate, and improve code generated by AI agents. * Create reusable components and contribute to organizational development standards. **What We’re Looking For** * Proven experience as a **Senior Software Engineer**. * Proficiency in **Java and Spring Boot**. * Demonstrated experience with **Angular**. * Practical knowledge of **Python**. * Experience developing APIs and microservices. * Understanding of modern software architectures. * Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automation. * Familiarity with Cloud platforms and distributed systems. * Experience with automated testing. * Ability to collaborate with AI agents throughout the development lifecycle. * Experience using AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, or other AI solutions applied to development. **Nice-to-Have Experience** * Hexagonal Architecture. * Domain\-Driven Design (DDD). * Docker and Kubernetes. * Azure, AWS, or GCP. * Developing AI\-Augmented solutions. **Why Join Us?** Because you’ll have the opportunity to participate in evolving a new way of building software—where collaboration between engineers and intelligent agents redefines productivity, quality, and delivery speed.
