We are currently seeking a **Human Resources Analyst** who wishes to develop professionally within a dynamic environment offering growth opportunities. **What profile are we looking for?** * Bachelor's degree or higher in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources Management, or related fields. * Minimum of **2 years** of experience performing similar duties as a **Human Resources Analyst**. * Postgraduate diploma or specialization in Human Resources Management (Mandatory). * Knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation. * Prior experience in microenterprise-regime companies. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. * Ability to work under pressure and focus on results. * Availability to work onsite in San Isidro, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Manage attendance and timekeeping records for approximately 50 employees. * Prepare and process the monthly payroll. * Administer personnel files and employment documentation. * Manage hiring, termination, contracts, renewals, and severance settlements. * Execute recruitment and selection processes for operational positions (cashier, bar, and kitchen). * Develop procedures, policies, and internal departmental documents. * Coordinate employee well-being and workplace climate initiatives, such as celebrations, internal contests, and recognition programs. * Maintain up-to-date documentation and ensure compliance with current labor regulations. **Competencies we value** * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Organization and attention to detail. * Proactivity and sense of responsibility. * Results orientation. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. **What do we offer?** * Monthly remuneration of **S/ 2,000**. * Formal employment under the Microenterprise Regime. * Excellent working atmosphere. * Opportunity for learning and professional development.
