Apply here: ***https://forms.office.com/r/zCKR7jVGBy*** Requirements: · Student in final semesters or graduate of Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, Communications, or related fields. · Intermediate proficiency in Power BI. · Knowledge of database management tools (e.g., SQL), data analysis, and basic statistics. · Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. · Intermediate English proficiency. · Interest in applying data analytics knowledge to the field of communications. · Alignment with our values: belief in purpose-driven companies, passion for promoting them, and commitment to equity and inclusion principles. Desirable: · Familiarity with social listening tools and Boolean language. · Familiarity with social media metrics. · Knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Semrush, and AI applied to natural language. · Knowledge and/or experience with programming languages such as Python or R. Responsibilities: · Create reports/dashboards in Power BI to display communications management results. · Analyze social media trends (topics, brand mentions, and influencer mentions) to identify actionable insights. · Prepare presentations that balance quantitative and qualitative approaches / data storytelling. · Stay updated on trends and advancements in data analysis, visualization tools, artificial intelligence, etc. · Drive a data-driven culture within the organization. Salary: S/.1,130\.00 \- S/.1,430\.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid in San Isidro, Lima
