You are responsible for preparing the proposals the company submits to its clients. You determine the price and the timeframe for completing the work—elements that become contractual obligations binding the company throughout the execution and final settlement of the work. You must immediately identify all tenders issued in the market within the company’s field of activity and select those to be bid upon. **Candidate Requirements** FUNCTIONS * Collect, organize, and consolidate the technical, administrative, and financial information required to prepare proposals. * Develop templates, comparative tables, and supporting documents for proposals. * Verify that all documentation complies with client requirements, tender bases, and applicable regulations. * Coordinate with technical, operational, and administrative departments to obtain relevant information for proposals. * Update databases, templates, and documentation repositories for the proposal department. * Monitor delivery deadlines and maintain an up-to-date record of all ongoing proposals. * Draft letters, declarations, and formal documents requested during tender processes. * Verify the validity of required corporate documents (certifications, financial statements, RUC, powers of attorney, etc.). * Support physical or digital submission of proposals, ensuring correct dispatch and registration. * Perform other duties inherent to the position as directed by your immediate supervisor.
