Management and reporting for corporate clients Job Description: Job Objective: Research, collect, and analyze real estate sector information to generate insights that support strategic decision-making. Additionally, this role is critical for identifying new business opportunities and keeping corporate clients informed about the marketing and negotiation status of their assets. Main Responsibilities: \* Data Collection and Structuring: Collect structured information from various real estate portals and databases using automated tools (web scraping) or SQL queries. \* Feasibility Assessment: Synthesize demographic, economic, and real estate data to assess the commercial viability of projects and sales/leasing strategies. \* Market Analysis (Supply and Demand): Map and analyze current availability, pricing (rental/sale), and market trends in target areas, identifying growth trends and drivers. \* Market Intelligence Tools: Design, structure, and maintain up-to-date databases, interactive maps, and alert systems, providing the sales team with technical support to detect new opportunities for the portfolio. \* Corporate Client Management and Reporting: Prepare property portfolio status reports for corporate clients, detailing levels of interest, current prospects, negotiation status, and market feedback. \* Reporting: Build and maintain databases, reports, and interactive dashboards to facilitate information visualization for management and clients. Requirements and Candidate Profile: \* Academic Background: Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. \* Academic Performance: Top third of class (preferred). \* Experience: Data analysis, commercial intelligence, consulting, or related fields (preferred).
