Job Summary: We are seeking an occupational safety specialist to ensure compliance with safety regulations, implement management systems, and supervise work activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Compliance with safety and health policies and procedures 2. Support in implementing the Occupational Safety and Health Management System 3. Development of procedures and IPERC/PETS for electrical work We are currently looking for an occupational safety specialist * Comply with Edelkenie SAC's Quality Management System Policy and its work procedures. * Comply with organizational safety and health standards, policies, and procedures. * Support implementation of Occupational Safety and Health Management System documents in the field, based on Law No. 29783. * Deliver the 5-minute safety talk to all company personnel. * Monitor the distribution of PPE to all Edelkenie personnel; track PPE usage and maintenance. * Supervise and ensure compliance with safety standards during work activities. * Develop procedures for high-frequency tasks as required. * Prepare IPERC and PETS for electrical work to be performed. * Draft Job Safety Analyses for various tasks encountered. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * 1.5 to 2 years of experience as an **occupational safety specialist**.
