Together, we lead the way toward more sustainable mining and construction. **Your mission** Responsible for assisting the assigned Contract Resident, with the capability and training to lead work teams, plan and control operational costs of their contract, optimizing the use of human resources, financial resources, materials, spare parts, tools, information, and technology—applying Epiroc standards to ensure high service quality. **What will be my responsibilities?** * Provide support to the Contract Resident. * Coordinate with the Contract Resident to develop the preventive maintenance schedule, along with required personnel and logistics planning. * Coordinate, supervise, and facilitate shift supervisors in executing scheduled daily maintenance, unscheduled maintenance, and corrective maintenance tasks—and report outcomes to the customer. * SAP system management. * Review and approve monthly valuations, travel expense settlements, monthly technical reports, and maintenance performance indicators. **The ideal candidate for this position:** * Bachelor’s degree and professional license in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in underground mining maintenance management. * English proficiency — Intermediate. * Microsoft Office proficiency — Intermediate / Advanced. * SAP proficiency — User module. * Availability to work 5×2 (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM). **It all starts with people.** The world needs metals and minerals for the energy transition, and our cities and infrastructure must be developed to serve a growing population.
