High capacity for working under pressure and attention to detail are highly valued. **Company:** LABET (Guaranteed Animal Health) **Location:** Peru (On-site work in laboratory, production plant, and warehouse areas) **Position Type:** Full-time, Direct hiring (MYPE payroll) **Nature of Position:** Training-oriented (focused on continuous learning and professional development) **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Perform and document quality controls for raw materials, packaging and labeling materials, in-process products, and finished products. You will verify compliance with technical specifications, internal procedures, quality standards, and current regulatory requirements to ensure product conformity, safety, and quality. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Raw Material Controls:** Conduct sampling, perform physical, chemical, or organoleptic analyses, and record analytical results, issuing conformity reports. * **Packaging and Labeling Material Controls:** Inspect primary and secondary packaging materials, verifying dimensions, labeling, and cleanliness. * **In-Process Controls:** Monitor critical parameters during production stages and promptly report any deviations. * **Finished Product Controls:** Conduct physical, chemical, and microbiological tests (where applicable) prior to product release. * **Document Management:** Maintain complete, legible, and traceable records in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). **POSITION REQUIREMENTS:** **Academic Qualification:** * Technician, graduate, or bachelor’s degree in **Pharmacy, Industrial Chemistry, Food Industries, Quality**, or related fields. **Experience:** * Minimum **6 months** of experience in similar roles within Quality Control departments in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food, cleaning product, or related industries. **Desired Technical Knowledge:** * Quality Management Systems and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Sampling techniques, basic statistical control, and laboratory equipment handling. **Soft Skills (Highly Valued):** * As this is a training-oriented position, we prioritize your attitude and human competencies: * High capacity for **working under pressure**. * Technical rigor and attention to detail. * Analytical ability, effective communication, and teamwork. * Ethics, responsibility, and confidentiality. **CONDITIONS AND BENEFITS:** * **Base Salary:** **PEN 1,800 to PEN 2,000 per month** (subject to verification of certification and experience). * **Enrollment in MYPE payroll** from the first day of employment, including all legally mandated benefits (bonuses, CTS, accrued vacation, and ESSALUD). * **Direct hiring** by the company (no intermediaries). * **Job stability** and an excellent environment focused on continuous learning. * **Fixed Schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. * **Safety Requirement:** Mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE) provided by the company.
