Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineering Bachelor to supervise, control, and support building construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Field supervision and control of construction works according to approved drawings. 2. Support in valuation, quantity surveying, and material requirements. 3. Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health (OSH) regulations. **Civil Engineering Bachelor (Construction Site \- Surco)** **Location:** Santiago de Surco, Lima (On-site at construction site). **Key requirement:** Must reside in Santiago de Surco or neighboring districts (Ate, San Borja, Miraflores, Chorrillos, San Juan de Miraflores, La Molina, Barranco). **Main Responsibilities:** * **Supervise** field construction works according to approved drawings. * **Monitor** daily progress of labor and subcontractors. * **Prepare** daily personnel work logs and daily site reports. * **Support** valuation, quantity surveying, and material requirements. * **Ensure** compliance with occupational safety and health (OSH) regulations. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in building construction projects. * **Software:** Intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Project. * **Residence:** Must live in Surco or nearby areas (mandatory due to site working hours). * **Competencies:** Strong sense of responsibility, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
