Job Summary: Manages storage, receiving, and preparation activities for inventories of supplies, materials, and products, ensuring control and preservation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage inventory control, traceability, and preservation. 2. Ensure correct product rotation (FEFO/FIFO). 3. Coordinate with distribution for timely deliveries. 1\. Purpose of the Position: Manage storage, receiving, and preparation activities for inventories of supplies, packaging materials, and finished products, maintaining control, traceability, and appropriate preservation conditions. 2\. Academic Qualifications Completed secondary education (Administration, Logistics, or related fields preferred, even if incomplete). 3\. Experience Required: \- 1 year in warehouse or logistics within the food or beverage industry. 4\. Competencies * Organization and attention to detail * Ability to handle documentation * Operation of warehouse equipment (basic forklift, pallet jacks) is a plus * Ability to work under pressure * Physical work capacity: handling packages, moving pallets 5\. Main Functions Receiving and Registration * Receive supplies (fruits, packaging, auxiliaries) and verify quantities and quality. * Label and organize products according to codes and receipt dates. * Register data in systems (SIS, Excel, or ERP). Storage * Arrange and place products according to storage zones (cold zone, dry zone, finished products). * Ensure correct rotation via FEFO/FIFO. * Monitor temperature and humidity conditions in cold rooms/refrigerated areas. Dispatch and Preparation * Prepare outgoing orders for distribution. * Load products onto carts, pallets, or vehicles according to schedule. * Coordinate with distribution for timely delivery. Inventory Control * Conduct periodic cycle counts and physical inventories. * Identify and report shortages, damages, or inconsistencies. * Maintain up-to-date inventory documentation. Cleaning and Safety * Maintain proper order, cleanliness, and signage in the warehouse. * Apply hygiene and safety protocols (use of PPE, food handling). General * Collaborate with any instruction from the immediate supervisor to perform any task related to company operations. Reside in areas near San Luis. Salary: S/.1,300\.00 \- S/.1,500\.00 per hour. Workplace: On-site employment
