Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring uninterrupted operation of networks and systems, managing incidents, performing maintenance, and guaranteeing security. Key Highlights: 1. Proactive monitoring of stations to identify performance failures. 2. Comprehensive management of technical incidents and continuous support. 3. Configuration, maintenance, and security of network equipment. **Objective:** This professional is responsible for ensuring that networks and systems operate without interruption, overseeing complex infrastructures, resolving technical incidents, and preventing failures that could impact critical operations. **Responsibilities:** * **Proactive Station Monitoring:** Continuous surveillance to identify performance failures or outages before they affect users. * **Incident Management (Support):** Detection, diagnosis, logging, and resolution of technical issues, managing incidents via tickets and escalating complex problems. * **Configuration and Maintenance:** Configuration of network equipment and execution of routine updates and maintenance. * **Security and Backup:** Implementation of security measures, monitoring of user access, and assurance of backups for information recovery. * **Reporting:** Generation of performance and availability reports, as well as root cause analysis (RFO — Reason for Outage) for clients or executives. * **Documentation:** Maintenance of network documentation, topological diagrams, and configuration databases. **PROFESSIONALS:** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Electronic Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or Geology. **Working Hours:** 5x2 work schedule. **Requirements:** Submit criminal record certificate and background check. **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Permanent employment from day one, with all statutory benefits.
