Provides technical opinions and prepares project files for construction works. **Date:** Feb 19, 2026 **Location:** 14 \- LIMA, PE **Company:** Buenaventura At Buenaventura, we are seeking a **Resident Engineer – Mining Unit:** **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze, plan, and control operations within the Processing Plant to ensure achievement of departmental objectives and targets. * Supervise and monitor infrastructure works execution; review social commitment budgets; and approve valuations. * Conduct technical reviews and manage civil works (road maintenance, construction projects, etc.). * Provide technical opinions, and review and monitor technical profiles, specifications, and project files for infrastructure works (QA, QC). * Prepare specifications and profiles for civil works (community facilities, shade structures, irrigation infrastructure). * Prospect support requests and project ideas to assess technical feasibility. **Professional Profile:** * Civil Engineering graduate (licensed and registered with professional association) * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions * Class A2B driver's license ***IMPORTANT!*** ***Buenaventura does not request any type of payment to participate in its selection processes.
