Position Summary: We are seeking an Import and Logistics Assistant to support the management and tracking of imports, from documentation to customs clearance. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end import supply chain management 2. Coordination and documentation tracking of shipments 3. Preparation of import costings and customs review Wc Ingenieria de la Climatización, a company dedicated to refrigeration, air conditioning and ventilation maintenance and installation activities, is currently seeking: **IMPORT ASSISTANT \- LOGISTICS** * Technical or university graduate in Administration, International Business, International Trade, or related fields. * Knowledge of international trade logistics, costs, pricing, and international quotations. * Approximately 2 years of prior experience in similar positions. * Understanding of the full import process, from origin to customs clearance. * Knowledge of customs valuation. * Intermediate \- Advanced English proficiency. * Intermediate \- Advanced Excel proficiency. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Receipt and classification of documents. * Monitoring of payments made by the department. * Tracking responses sent to SUNAT. * Tracking and documenting import-related records. * Daily coordination with administration regarding modifications to import files (purchase orders, new codes). * Registering and tracking shipments (goods pending shipment, in transit, and at port). * Preparing and submitting required customs documentation for import processes. * Reviewing and preparing import costings. * Maintaining records of active international suppliers. * Other duties related to the position. **Experience:** * Knowledge of international trade logistics, costs, pricing, and international quotations. * Approximately 2 years of prior experience in similar positions.
