We are seeking a Maintenance Operator / General Maintenance Technician to perform masonry, plumbing, painting, and general maintenance tasks.

A reputable company in the electrical sector is looking for a professional to fill the position of **Maintenance Operator / General Maintenance Technician**:
REQUIREMENTS:
* Completed secondary education.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in the position.
* Valid driver's license (desirable).
* **Knowledge of masonry, plumbing, painting, carpentry, or related trades**.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Perform basic painting tasks (filling, drywall, and on metal structures)
* Perform plumbing, electrical, masonry, and/or remodeling tasks.
* Perform general maintenance tasks.
* Maintain order and cleanliness of the work area before, during, and after tasks.
* Prepare reports on completed work orders.
* Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
