At Dalton Motors, a leading company in the distribution of agricultural, industrial, and high-performance machinery and equipment, we are looking for a passionate **Marketing Assistant** who thrives on creativity, innovation, and digital marketing. If you enjoy creating results-driven content and possess skills in design, photography, and social media, this opportunity is for you. Requirements * Completed higher education or technical studies in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Graphic Design, or related fields. * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and related tools). * Knowledge of video editing (Adobe Premiere, Filmora, CapCut, or similar). * Experience in product photography and handling RAW files. * Knowledge of and experience managing social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms. * Experience in planning and executing content calendars. * Excellent writing skills, creativity, and visual judgment. * Strong organizational skills, ability to work in teams, and results-oriented mindset. Main Responsibilities * Design graphic assets for advertising campaigns and social media. * Conduct professional photo sessions for products and machinery. * Edit promotional videos and audiovisual content for digital platforms. * Plan, develop, and execute the monthly content schedule. * Support digital marketing strategies, branding, and brand positioning initiatives. * Monitor digital trends to generate innovative and engaging content. * Coordinate the production of visual materials for commercial campaigns.
