Joining a stable and growing company LOGISTICS COORDINATOR At **KOELSA PERÚ SRL**, a company dedicated to renting heavy machinery and equipment for the construction, mining, and industrial sectors, we are currently seeking a committed, organized, and results-oriented **Logistics Coordinator** to join our team. We seek a professional with experience in end-to-end logistics management, supply chain, inventory control, procurement, and service coordination—ensuring timely availability of spare parts, materials, and resources necessary for smooth operations. Main Responsibilities * Manage procurement and supply of spare parts, consumables, and services for heavy machinery maintenance. * Coordinate and track purchase orders, quotations, and suppliers. * Monitor and control spare parts inventory and stock levels. * Support scheduling and tracking of preventive and corrective maintenance activities. * Prepare reports and manage documentation related to logistics and maintenance. * Coordinate transportation of equipment, materials, and spare parts as required. * Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations. Requirements * Technical or university degree in Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics, heavy machinery maintenance, or similar positions. * Knowledge of procurement, supply chain, and inventory control. * Knowledge of import/export processes (desirable). * Experience using maintenance and logistics management systems (SISCAT preferred). * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. * Knowledge of and adherence to occupational health and safety standards. * Willingness to work in Lurín and travel as required by operational needs.
