Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Analyst and Technical Support Specialist to oversee technological policies, ensure operational continuity, and lead infrastructure improvement projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitor the implementation and application of technological policies. 2. Ensure operational continuity of systems and equipment. 3. Lead departmental projects and improvement plans. We are a multinational company with national and international presence, boasting over 15 years of experience in foreign trade management. We specialize in providing comprehensive solutions to our clients, including customs brokerage, international freight forwarding, integrated logistics services, local and national transportation, warehousing and distribution—delivered through our affiliated companies. We provide full tracking for all our clients’ operations. We are currently recruiting personnel for our MIRAFLORES office for the position of SYSTEMS ANALYST AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST. **REQUIREMENTS** * Degree in Systems Engineering or related field. * Level 3 or senior Technical Support experience. * Knowledge of Networks and Connectivity, Ticketing Systems, and Remote Support. * Proficiency in POWER BI (desirable). * Advanced experience with Windows and Linux servers. * Installation and support of video surveillance cameras. * Management and support of DVRs, NVRs, and CCTV cameras. * Server administration (Active Directory, roles, permissions, GPOs, replication, and updates). * Microsoft 365 and Azure. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Monitor the implementation and application of the company’s technological policies. * Train users and managers on responsible use of technological assets. * Ensure operational continuity of systems and equipment, while keeping them updated and in optimal condition. * Provide support and guidance to users and managers in resolving issues. * Manage and monitor all technological equipment of the company. * Lead departmental projects, ensuring adherence to stipulated deadlines and scope. * Propose infrastructure improvement projects and plans, as well as data protection initiatives. * Implement and strengthen information security and business continuity policies. * Manage technology vendors, resources, and departmental budget. * Administer technological assets and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures. **BENEFITS:** * Full payroll registration from day one. * Statutory life insurance from day one. * Professional growth opportunities. * Pleasant working environment.
