Job Summary: We are seeking personnel for warehouse and dispatch work, including picking, distribution, loading and unloading, order preparation, and inventory management. Key Highlights: 1. Maintaining order and cleanliness in warehouses **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months of experience in warehouse and dispatch roles. * Residency in Villa El Salvador or neighboring districts (Chorrillos/VMT/SJM). * Availability to work full-time. (Not part-time) * Availability to work overtime (non-negotiable), especially during campaigns and periods of increased workload. * Punctuality and responsibility. **Responsibilities:** * Daily picking. * Distribution of merchandise to various shopping centers and customers. * Loading and unloading of vehicles and containers. * Preparing orders for Lima and provincial areas. * Weekly inventory counts. * Labeling/Tagging/Cleaning of products. * Proper handling and storage of products. * Maintaining order and cleanliness across all warehouse areas. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. * Working schedule: Monday to Saturday. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM – 05:45 PM (1-hour lunch break) * Saturday: 08:00 AM – 12:15 PM * **Additional overtime hours based on workload (non-negotiable)** * **Early-morning shifts when required or during campaigns** **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits (CTS, vacation, bonuses) effective from the first day of employment. * Base salary: S/.1,200.00 + S/.100.00 mobility allowance + overtime pay + family allowance. * Bi-weekly payments.
