The individual may be required to operate heavy machinery to complete tasks. This position performs other duties as assigned. **Responsibilities:** * Receives, inspects, and stocks incoming products. * Processes returns, counts and verifies quantities, assesses condition, and completes documentation. * Receives orders and picks products from appropriate locations. * Verifies accuracy of picked orders. * Packs and secures products safely. * Arranges shipment pickups, contacts carriers, and coordinates scheduling. * Handles products and performs tasks according to customer procedures and government regulations and compliance requirements. * Palletizes cartons, wraps, and loads pallets onto trailers. * Creates shipping labels and other package documentation to maintain accurate shipment data in the warehouse management system. * Operates various powered equipment safely. * Responds promptly to customer/consumer inquiries, resolves issues, and communicates service problems to supervisor. **Qualifications:** * High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent * Warehouse experience—Preferred * Availability to work flexible shifts, up to five days per week **Employee Type:** Permanent UPS is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
