In this instance, we are seeking the best talent for the position of **Professional Intern**. **EDUCATION** * Graduate or bachelor's degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields from the 2025-1, 2025-2, and 2026-1 periods. **EXPERIENCE:** * 3 to 6 months of experience in related roles. **KNOWLEDGE** * Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization. * Ability to consolidate, process, and interpret data. * Document control and preparation of management reports and performance indicators (KPIs). * Microsoft Office (intermediate) **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct consolidation and analysis of information through collection, cleansing, and processing of databases to generate reliable reports facilitating area-level decision-making. * Prepare management reports and performance indicators using tools such as Power BI and Excel to monitor objective achievement and Human Resource Management process performance. * Support administrative management of the area, including document control, tracking internal requests, and coordination with other departments. * Provide support in personnel administration, including tracking employee information, updating records, and assisting with administrative tasks. * Monitor area-specific indicators by periodically updating data and validating results to ensure process control and continuous improvement. * Update compensation databases by recording and validating salary and benefits information to ensure data availability and reliability for the area. * Support personnel cost analysis by consolidating and evaluating remuneration and benefits data to contribute to the area’s budgetary control. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
