Position Summary: We are seeking a Site Supervisor specialized in pavements to ensure the proper execution, quality, and safety of urban development projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise the proper execution of pavement work items. 2. Ensure quality, safety, and schedule standards on site. 3. Lead and coordinate project activity development. **POSITION: SITE SUPERVISOR – PAVEMENT SPECIALIST** **Salary:** **S/ 3,230\.77 (for 12 days)** Academic Profile * Licensed, registered, and authorized Civil Engineer. * Prior experience in supervision of urban development and pavement works is desirable. Experience * Proven experience in supervision and/or execution of pavement works. * Experience in urban development projects is desirable. * Immediate availability to travel and remain in Juliaca during the service execution period. Required Knowledge * Knowledge of construction processes related to pavements. * Knowledge of technical regulations applicable to civil works and site supervision. * Ability to prepare technical reports and conduct on-site quality control. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. Main Responsibilities * Supervise the proper execution of pavement work items according to the technical file, specifications, and current regulations. * Verify compliance with established quality, safety, and schedule standards for the project. * Monitor construction progress and issue corresponding technical reports and documentation. * Coordinate with the executing company, client, and other stakeholders to ensure proper activity development. * Identify observations and propose corrective actions to guarantee the quality of executed works. * Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health provisions during service execution. Employment Conditions * Employment modality: Payroll. * Service duration: Twelve (12\) business days of continuous on-site supervision. * Estimated start date: July 2026 (subject to formal notification and project award). * Transportation, meals, and accommodation expenses are included within the stated fees. * The company will provide Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), SCTR insurance, and an occupational medical examination. **Position Type:** Temporary – Service location. **Work Location:** On-site employment – Juliaca, Puno.
