Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Operator to classify, stack, locate pallets, and prepare orders, ensuring order and cleanliness. Key Responsibilities: 1. Classify and stack pallets in racks using forklifts and pallet jacks. 2. Receive and unload goods, and prepare orders with secure packaging. 3. Maintain order and cleanliness in warehouse aisles. ***A leading ceramic company is now recruiting for a WAREHOUSE OPERATOR position.*** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education * **6 months of experience in warehouse operations** * Immediate availability * Excellent physical health * Availability for **ROTATING SHIFTS** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Receive and unload goods. * **Classify, stack, and locate pallets** in designated racks or zones using forklifts and pallet jacks. * Prepare orders. * Package and secure cargo. * Maintain order and cleanliness in aisles. **BENEFITS:** * Compensation: S/ 1,130 \+ S/ 100 food card. * Biweekly payments (40%) and monthly payments (60%). * Quarterly bonuses for achieving performance targets. * Formal employment from day one (General Regime), including all statutory benefits: 14 salaries per year, vacation leave, health insurance, profit sharing, and family allowance.
