Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of information systems, internal applications, and digital tools, aligned with the technology department’s strategic objectives. Research of new technologies to optimize processes **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (On-site) Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (On-site) **Position Objective:** To provide support in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of information systems, internal applications, and digital tools through programming, testing, and technical documentation, aligned with the technology department’s strategic objectives. **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain internal and external applications according to business requirements. * Collaborate in the analysis, design, and testing of new features. * Document processes, data structures, and software workflows. * Resolve technical incidents and provide second-level support. * Participate in review and planning meetings with IT teams and key users. * Research new technologies that can optimize existing processes. * Ensure code quality and security through sound development practices. * Manage and optimize database usage on AWS (Amazon Web Services): EC2, S3, RDS. **Position Requirements:** **Academic Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree or candidate in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields. **Required Experience:** * **1** year of experience in software development or systems analysis. * Prior experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Experience with project management tools: Jira, Trello, etc. * Experience developing Backend and Frontend applications. **Technical Knowledge:** * Prior experience developing and consuming REST APIs. * Proficiency with API testing tools such as Postman or others. * Programming language experience: Java 17, JavaScript, TypeScript. * Experience developing with frameworks and libraries: Spring Boot 3.5, Next.js 16. * Experience managing MySQL and/or PostgreSQL databases. * Experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services) services: EC2, S3, RDS. **Soft Skills:** * Analytical thinking and solution orientation * Collaborative work and clear communication * Organization and time management * Adaptability to change * Initiative and proactivity **Technical Skills:** * Mastery of SOLID, DDD, DRY, and other principles. * Knowledge of application security. * Testing and debugging (Jest, Mockito) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,600.00 – S/.2,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
