Position Summary: We are seeking a Pre-Press Manager to lead the area, ensure technical quality, optimize resources, and meet deadlines in offset and flexographic production processes. With extensive experience, we offer the widest variety of products at the best market prices, and we are currently looking for a PRE-PRESS MANAGER to lead the area, ensuring technical quality, resource optimization, and deadline compliance in production processes, under high-quality standards for offset and flexography. Main Responsibilities: Leadership: Supervise and direct the pre-press team. Technical Management: Manage the workflow from file receipt to CTP (Computer to Plate) output. Quality Control: Review, adjust, and ensure that files (formats, bleeds, fonts, colors) meet technical requirements prior to printing. Production: Generate and impose color proofs and dummies for approval. Coordination: Work closely with the printing department to guarantee calibration and material optimization. Requirements: Degree in Graphic Design, Graphic Engineering or related field. Minimum 5–10 years’ experience as Pre-Press Manager or Supervisor in graphic printing companies. Advanced knowledge of offset and flexographic pre-press. Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud software (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and imposition software (Kodak Preps, Esko, etc.). Ability to manage teams and work under pressure. Resident in areas adjacent to the district of Santa Anita. Benefits: Job stability and positive work environment. Fixed working hours.
