We wish you great success throughout this process! * Business Line: Operations * Unit: Collections * Level: 4.1 * Contract Type: Fixed-term contract Purpose Contributes to the overall success of the Branch Network unit in Peru by ensuring that specific individual objectives, plans, and initiatives are carried out or fulfilled in support of the team's business strategies and objectives. Ensures that all activities are conducted in compliance with current internal policies, standards, and procedures. Responsibilities * Plan daily visits and identify tools to maximize effective customer contact according to the parameters established in the field collections management model. * Manage and negotiate with customers solutions for their debt by implementing effective contact actions (visits, calls, among others). * Communicate and record on the same day the results and incidents occurring during field operations in the collections software for proper follow-up. * Actively participate in motivation meetings, training sessions, and practice workshops to strengthen personal customer management and negotiation skills. * Comply with current Consumer Protection regulations related to field collections activities to reduce risks of potential sanctions from regulatory authorities.
