We seek a committed individual with excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields (title preferred). Experience: Minimum 4 years overall, with at least 1 year documented experience in the required position; minimum 1 year in auditing, internal control, or similar roles involving cost and budget control. Skills: Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, database management), Power BI (intermediate level), Internal Control Frameworks (COSO), Cost Management, Transfer Pricing, Basic Tax Legislation. Competencies: Analytical ability, Organization and planning, Effective communication, Teamwork. Availability: Immediate start and adaptability. Residency in Juliaca is mandatory. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Support process evaluations. Review accounting, administrative, operational, and cost-related documentation. Prepare internal control reports and findings reports. Support internal and external audits. Participate in the preparation and review of transfer pricing studies. Analyze cost structures. Analyze data. Automate reports using Excel (macros).
