TELESCOPIC CRANE OPERATOR

Position Summary: We are seeking technical personnel with experience in cargo lifting for industrial, mining, and construction projects, possessing solid knowledge of rigging standards and planning. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in cargo lifting for industrial and mining sector projects. 2. Knowledge of international ASME B30 lifting standards. 3. Teamwork capability and proactivity oriented toward continuous improvement. We are a company based in Lima providing plant and mine shutdown maintenance services, as well as heavy machinery and telescopic crane rental services. Currently, we have an ongoing large-scale project with our client MINERA CHINALCO located in the Toromocho area at 4,500 meters above sea level. **EDUCATION:** * Technical personnel (preferred). * Documented competence from courses and/or certifications issued by previous employers. * Basic knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance (not mandatory). **EXPERIENCE:** * Minimum three years of certified experience in cargo lifting for industrial, mining, construction, civil works, plant shutdowns, and other similar projects. **AVAILABILITY:** * Willingness to work under a 14-days-on/7-days-off regime or other special or alternative work schedules, depending on the company's operational requirements. * Willingness to travel within the country. **KNOWLEDGE:** * Familiarity with international standards (ASME B30\) that standardize best practices for lifting. * Ability to read and accurately interpret load charts and diagrams for the equipment being operated. * Knowledge of hand signals according to standard B30\.5\. * Extensive knowledge in developing a rigging plan. * Teamwork capability and soft skills (effective communication with assigned rigger). * Proactive work attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.
