Must have effective communication, organization, leadership, conflict resolution, and results-oriented skills. **Functions to perform:** · Prepare, manage, and ensure compliance with administrative personnel processes (hiring, renewals, terminations, vacations, attendance control, among others). · Coordinate and review the proper preparation of contracts, addendums, and employee documentation. · Ensure the updating and confidentiality of physical and digital employee files. Safeguard employee records. · Supervise the execution of recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with established deadlines. · Monitor department performance indicators (turnover, absenteeism, employee inflow and outflow) and propose improvement plans. · Manage the submission of data files to Life Insurance and SCTR brokers. · Supervise payroll closing. In coordination with the accounting department. Supervise the generation of T-Register entries and exits. In coordination with the accounting department. · Deliver files and/or documentation during labor inspections. Attend inspections by the Ministry of Labor, Sunafil, Sunat (regarding HR documentation). Perform any other activities requested by their immediate supervisor. · Prepare, manage, and submit labor information for active employees (attendance, vacations, overtime, medical leaves, permissions, overtime, terminations, etc.). · Execute personnel selection processes according to project and department needs (recruitment and selection). · Notify SSOMA, logistics, and personnel administration departments about employee hires and terminations. · Deliver and safeguard CTS and profit-sharing settlement slips to employees. Manage company recreational activities. Organize, plan, and execute personnel-related events. Responsible for sending birthday greetings and organizing related activities. Create and publish the Human Resources and Employee Well-being Bulletin. · Prepare new employment contracts and extensions as authorized by responsible personnel. · Other duties assigned by direct management.
