Manage construction risks A company specializing in **construction execution and supervision** is seeking a professional to lead technical and regulatory construction control. **Candidate Profile** * **Profession:** Civil Engineer or Architect (licensed and registered). * **Experience:** \+3 years as Construction Supervisor or Resident Engineer; on projects such as Markets, Libraries, Parks, Cemeteries, cultural buildings, and Museums (calculated from the date of professional registration). * **Knowledge:** Public Procurement Law. **Main Responsibilities** * **Contractual Control:** Supervise compliance with schedules, costs, and quality according to the technical file. * **Risk Management:** Identify and mitigate technical alerts at an early stage. * **Administration:** Validate valuations, measurements, and manage the Digital Construction Notebook. * Other duties inherent to the role as stipulated by the Public Procurement Law. **Conditions:** 100% on-site work participation.
