Perform diagnosis and repair of plumbing/sanitary installation failures in buildings - Carry out infrastructure maintenance, preventive and corrective work on high-complexity plumbing/masonry equipment and installations. Additionally, perform sanitary finishing tasks including tiling and painting of walls, ceilings, and partitions. - Propose measures to improve infrastructure maintenance processes. - Perform maintenance according to requirements and planning, ensuring high-quality finishes in painting and repairs consistent with job responsibilities. - Identify and diagnose causes of anomalies and failures based on fundamental operational principles, formulate hypotheses regarding their origin, and implement necessary corrections—including repair, finishing, patching, and general painting. - Analyze control failures using mechanical tools. - Inspect production program parameters and correlate them with the physical movements of equipment to detect anomalous conditions. - Report daily updates to each shift, recording completed tasks, pending items, and recommendations in the logbook to prevent mechanical failures caused by operational errors. - Support external specialized technical services in analyzing and resolving failures of complex components such as variable-frequency drives and electrical panels. - Provide mechanical and electrical support to plant personnel whenever required.
