Job Summary: We are seeking a Shotcrete Operator specialized in mining, responsible for ground support and safety, with equipment handling experience and strict adherence to standards. Knowledge and operation of shotcrete machines Specialized operator for shotcrete (sprayed concrete) application in mining activities, with experience in spraying equipment operation and strict compliance with safety standards. Requirements * Completed secondary education (mandatory). * Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Shotcrete Operator in mining (required). * Knowledge and operation of shotcrete machines (dry-mix or wet-mix). * Experience in ground support for mining excavations. * Knowledge of mix designs, dosing, and shotcrete quality control. * Compliance with mining safety regulations and use of PPE. Responsibilities Operate the shotcrete machine safely and efficiently. Apply concrete according to technical specifications. Inspect and control the quality of applied shotcrete. Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment. Coordinate with supervision and mine personnel during ground support activities. Strictly comply with safety procedures.
