




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with mining experience for the formulation, execution, and monitoring of electrical projects. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation of valuations and objective tracking A company responsible for the formulation, execution, and monitoring of electrical projects is looking for top talent for the position of: **Administrative Assistant with Mining Experience** Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience in construction companies. * Minimum 6 months of experience in mining companies. * Proficiency in planning software (Mandatory). * Intermediate Excel skills (Mandatory). * Knowledge of costs, budgets, and valuations (Desirable). Responsibilities: * Store contractual information: scopes, drawings, budget, service orders, and supplementary information in the company's drive. * Request and review daily reports from the assigned operational supervision for each service. * Request and review partial and final reports from the operational supervision and SSOMA supervision for each service. * Prepare partial and total valuations based on reported progress. * Monitor achievement of monthly valuation targets and communicate with the client for each service. * Monitor achievement of monthly production targets and communicate with operational supervisors for each service. * Manage tender invitations received by the company and track responsible personnel at each stage until submission to the client. * Prepare, review, and modify budgets with support from quotation specialists. * Other duties within the scope of this position.
