Ensures that all activities are conducted in accordance with current internal standards, policies, and procedures. **What do we expect from you?** * Desired Education: Completed university degree in related fields: Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or similar. Preferably specialized courses related to banking operations: Finance, Accounting, Administration, HR. * Minimum Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Business Officer within the Branch Network, with appropriate expertise per banking requirements, or as a Branch Manager B or C. * Required Knowledge: Intermediate Excel proficiency; commercial management tools; credit policy and evaluation; Bantotal; ISTS; Workflow. **What challenges will you face?** * Develop the agency’s business plan based on local market analysis, including specific proactive outreach activities, plans for leveraging influence centers, and the participation of both the manager and their team within the influence zone. The business plan must also include strategies to acquire new customers through referrals from satisfied clients. * Ensure the quality of the Sales and Service Management Process implementation by the entire team during customer interactions. * Execute all standardized Leadership disciplines of the Commercial and Service Management Model, according to the prescribed methodology (established formats, execution frequency, etc.), aligned with responsibilities defined for each position under the manager’s supervision. These Sales and Service disciplines aim to ensure the agency’s commercial and service performance. * Disseminate and ensure correct application of procedures, circulars, standards, and rules applicable to agency operations. * Ensure agency profitability and actively manage growth of assigned customer portfolios, utilizing all tools made available by the bank: Counselor, commercial counter, active campaigns, commercial intelligence database, among others. * Agree with each team member on personal development goals tied to required behavioral and functional competencies, supporting them in designing a detailed improvement plan to address gaps. * Stay updated and ensure team members remain updated on regulations directly affecting their roles (e.g., anti-money laundering, credit risk, etc.) as well as on the bank’s products and services, ensuring accurate information is provided to both internal and external customers and minimizing operational risk.
