Requires experience in production control and management tools We are Consorcio Logístico Sagitario, and currently seeking a **PROJECT PLANNER** to join us at Minera Chinalco Perú, located in Junin at 4,500 meters above sea level. **EDUCATION:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. **EXPERIENCE:** * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions, including project planning, project control, production control, or related roles. * Experience in industrial projects, mining, industrial construction, or related sectors. **AVAILABILITY:** * Willingness to work under a 14-days-on/7-days-off schedule or other special or operational schedules, as required by the company's operational needs. **KNOWLEDGE:** * Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, statistics, and KPIs). * Proficiency in MS Project and project control tools. Salary: S/.2,500\.00 \- S/.3,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
