




Job Summary: We are seeking a Condominium Administrator with experience in real estate management, maintenance, and service supervision, capable of managing budgets, collections, and conflicts. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of residential or mixed-use condominiums 2. Budget and financial statement management 3. Leadership and supervision of operational staff Condominium Administrator – Panamericana Norte KM 550 Academic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or Licentiate in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Law, or related fields. Desirable Experience: Condominium administration Real estate management Maintenance and facilities management Minimum 2–3 years’ experience administering residential or mixed-use condominiums Budget and financial statement management Preparation and control of maintenance fees Collections, delinquency tracking and reconciliations Supervision of outsourced services (cleaning, security, maintenance, elevators, pumps, etc.) Coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance Direct interaction with property owners, delegates, and owners’ boards Technical Knowledge Knowledge of the Horizontal Property Law and applicable current regulations. Proficiency in condominium management platforms Basic knowledge of: Common electrical systems Water pumps, cisterns, and hydraulic systems Elevators and electromechanical equipment Ability to evaluate quotations, contracts, and suppliers. Skills and Competencies Strong organizational and planning abilities. Clear and professional written and verbal communication. Leadership and supervision of operational staff (doormen, cleaning personnel, security guards). Neighborhood conflict resolution and decision-making. Transparency, professional ethics, and accountability.
