Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS) and SSOMA, managing improvement and standardization actions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintenance and continuous improvement of the SSOMA management system. 2. Conduct safety talks and staff inductions. 3. Manage the implementation of the annual SSOMA Plan and Program. **EN OR MAQUINARIAS,** we are seeking 1 SSOMA SIG Assistant for our Lurin office. Coordinate and supervise the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS), as well as the standardization of new management models, managing improvement actions in case of deviations. **Requirements:** * Environmental Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Safety Engineering degree, with specialization and/or training in SSOMA * Assertive communication skills * Basic/intermediate office software proficiency * Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience **Responsibilities:** * Maintain and improve the SSOMA management system. * Conduct safety talks. * Schedule occupational medical examinations. * Conduct safety inductions. * Authorize the distribution of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Supervise staff compliance with safety regulations. * Waste management. * Coordinate follow-up with the occupational physician. * Prepare accident investigation files in accordance with applicable law. * Personnel accreditation for construction sites. * Keep Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for chemical substances up to date. * Manage the implementation of the annual SSOMA Plan and Program. * Propose improvements to safety conditions.
