In line with this, our selection processes aim to guarantee equal rights and opportunities for all. **RECOVERY NURSES** Organize and oversee the delivery of optimal, high-quality, and safe care to immediate post-operative patients as part of daily responsibilities, to ensure the patient’s prompt reintegration into society and to guarantee quality care and patient well-being. **Requirements** * Licensed, registered, and authorized Nurse * Minimum 1 year of experience in Recovery (preferred) * Immediate availability **Responsibilities** * Receive and hand over shifts, performing assessment and review of all surgical history and events; verifying that the patient is admitted with their clinical record, anesthesia sheet, operative report, and all required lab tests and medical instructions; maintaining continuous patient observation and promptly notifying the surgeon and/or anesthesiologist of any significant changes. * Perform a complete physical examination on the patient, observing and recording level of consciousness, degree of mobility, skin and mucosal characteristics, etc.; maintain a patent airway, perform suctioning of secretions when necessary, inspect, install and/or change intravenous lines, and assess the surgical site. * Monitor vital signs, initiate prescribed treatment, record fluid intake and output as well as secretions, perform ECGs as required, install and manage urinary and gastric catheters, and carry out any other required nursing procedures. * Coordinate laboratory sample collection, promptly reporting any abnormal results to the attending physician, anesthesiologist or resident, and documenting findings in the nursing notes and clinical record. * Prepare nursing reports for adult and pediatric patients, reporting on patient status and any special medical instructions. * Maintain stock of medications, controlled substances, clinical supplies, and all daily unit requirements; maintain close contact, collaboration, and communication with operating room nurses. * Attend and comply with all scheduled trainings at the clinic (institutional, corporate, etc.) and ensure implementation of current procedures. **BENEFITS:** * Market-competitive remuneration * Statutory social benefits * Join a leading healthcare company in the market * Statutory Life Insurance from the first day of employment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,330.00 – S/.2,060.00 per month Application Question(s): * Indicate DNI number * Indicate WhatsApp number * Indicate district of residence * Are you registered with the Nursing Board and do you hold a valid license? * How many years of experience do you have in RECOVERY?
