Studies in Accounting, Administration, or related fields An engineering company is seeking an Administrative and Accounting Assistant. **Main Responsibilities:** * Recording and controlling supporting documents (invoices, service fee receipts, etc.). * Preparing payment orders (for services and purchases). * Supporting invoicing and reconciliations. * Reviewing and assisting with payroll control. * Managing and updating databases. * Filing and document control. * Providing general administrative and accounting support. **Requirements:** * Technical or university studies in Accounting, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Organization, responsibility, confidentiality, and proactivity.
