Position Summary: We are seeking a Billing Specialist with experience in SAP Business One to manage document issuance, collections, and billing reports. Key Requirements: 1. Essential experience in SAP Business One. 2. Management of billing, collections, and reporting. 3. Pleasant work environment within a solid company. **DESCRIPTION** · Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Billing Specialist. · Issuance of invoices/delivery notes, credit notes, and debit notes. · Accounting knowledge and experience with SAP Business One system. (Mandatory and exclusive) · Knowledge of contingency documents. · Management, control, and follow-up of collections from credit customers’ portfolio. · Handling of portals (Ariba, B2B, Lamosa, ZPROC, Coupa, etc.). · Sending invoices to customers via email and portals. · Searching for tax withholdings and deductions in SUNAT and applying them in the SAP system (mandatory). · Updating billing dashboards and reports. · Problem-solving ability. · Intermediate Office software skills. · Other duties as assigned by management. **COMPETENCIES** · Proactive individual with strong teamwork capabilities. · Ability to work under pressure. · Adaptability to change. · Time management skills. · Organized individual. · Verbal fluency and assertiveness. **WE OFFER** · Position induction and training. · Competitive remuneration.
