We are currently seeking a **Junior Hydroelectric Plant Operator for La Virgen Hydroelectric Plant**, located in San Ramon \- Junin. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields; * Minimum desirable experience of 1–2 years in similar roles * **Availability to work under a 14x7 work schedule in San Ramón – Junín** **Responsibilities:** * Safely and efficiently operate power generation systems (turbines, generators, transformers). * Monitor parameters and take corrective actions according to procedures. * Perform electrical and hydraulic operations following operational protocols. * Coordinate with load dispatch and maintenance departments as required. * Detect, record, and report any faults or abnormal conditions. * Execute and verify startup and shutdown procedures for equipment. * Prepare technical reports and participate in the continuous improvement of the operating system. **Benefits** * 100% covered EPS (health insurance) for employee and dependents * Overtime pay * Site allowances for employees not residing in the region Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to S/.2,500\.00 per month Application Questions: * Where do you currently reside?
