General Services Armane EIRL is seeking a Maintenance Assistant / Multi-skilled Technician with a proactive attitude, responsibility, and willingness to work as part of a team to support general maintenance tasks. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in general maintenance in plants or industrial facilities. Technical training in maintenance, electricity, plumbing, or related fields. Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance. Basic knowledge of electricity. Knowledge of plumbing. Knowledge of masonry and surface cladding. Knowledge of carpentry and painting. Proper handling of tools and work equipment. Previous experience in similar positions (preferably in an industrial plant). Multi-skilled technician / multi-trade profile. Ability to adapt and be versatile across various operational tasks. Proactive attitude, teamwork, and results-oriented mindset. Attention to detail and willingness to learn. Availability for on-site work. Functions: Carry out preventive, corrective, and improvement maintenance work on infrastructure and facilities. Perform minor repairs on walls, ceilings, doors, windows, and finishes. Install, maintain, and repair water, drainage, and plumbing systems. Identify and fix leaks, seepages, and sanitary failures. Perform basic electrical work and install electrical systems (lighting fixtures, outlets, distribution panels, and grounding). Maintain and clean equipment, areas, and infrastructure in general, ensuring proper operation and preservation. Perform preparation and setup of structural materials, including cutting, assembly, and conditioning according to service requirements. Perform electric arc welding and support TIG welding when required. Carry out masonry, plastering, tiling, painting, and finishing work. Provide multi-trade (multi-skilled) support for operational and maintenance activities. Manage, preserve, and control assigned tools, equipment, and materials. Prepare material lists and basic inventories for task execution. Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety in work areas. Comply with internal procedures, safety regulations, and use of PPE.
