**POSITION MISSION:** Administer the fleet management system, monitoring hardware performance, communications, system health, and evaluating dispatcher performance to ensure the generation of fleet management reports from different areas focused on improving operational productivity, providing support for short-, medium-, and long-term decision-making based on the information displayed. **FUNCTIONS:** * Administer and control the operation of various onboard technology systems and solutions in the Mine's fleet, generating a maintenance and component replacement program for onboard equipment. * Generate reports that enable decision-making and identify improvement/optimization opportunities within the different Management areas of the Operations VP. * Monitor and control key production indicators (KPIs), analyzing statistics/trends from the Fleet Management System to support decision-making. * Manage system usage and implementation of best practices in coordination with mine operations, technical services, and mine maintenance. * Coordinate with suppliers and users of implemented solutions, identifying improvement needs and validating field effectiveness of their implementation. Toromocho Mining Unit has been the first world-class copper mine that a Chinese company has executed and developed entirely from inception overseas. It is located in the Morococha district, Yauli province, Junín department, and over 4,500 meters above sea level. It operates a concentrator plant processing approximately 117,200 tons of ore per day.
